If you are a merchant, please contact us on phone: +359 885 128 843 to get username and password, which you can access wholesale prices.
2.How to order
Once after you have reviewed and selected an item:
- step1: Click button More details
- step2: Select size and quantity and click Add to cart
Order is added to your cart. You can continue browsing our catalog and choose another product.
- step3: Click on cart - fill your name, phone, е-mail and delivery address and click button to finish order
Possible ways of payment are:
- Cash on delivery by courier
- Payment by bank transfer
For retails customers - delivery price for Bulgaria is 3.99 BGN, for order amounts over 49 BGN, delivery is FREE.
The deadline for completing the order and delivery to the address specified by the client is up to 2 business days. Deliveries are made by a courier company "SPEEDY" every business day except Sunday.
For merchants (wholesale prices) MINIMUM ANOUNT OF ORDER is 100 BGN, for order amounts over 600 BGN delivery is FREE.
The deadline for completing the order and delivery to the address specified by the merchant is up to 3 business days. Deliveries are made by a courier company "SPEEDY" every business day except Sunday.
5.Terms of returning the goods (complaint)
According to the Law on consumer protection and trade rules, the consumer is entitled to claim for:
- found missing
- product defects
- inconsistent with the stated amount
- inconsistent with the trade mark
- replace with a new product
- refund of the amount paid
- Reserved good presentation (product is broken, scratched, laundered, worn, hungry, are not cut or unstuck labels)
- There are no damages caused by incorrect operation
- There are original packaging, consumables and accessories, if there were any included
- transport costs for returns are paid by the client. In our part of respecting the claim and return of goods with another courier consignment fee is borne by us
